Lovely day

For two days now we have been baking up at the vineyards, it's soon the "Pust" carneval here, everyone will wear masks and everyone will eat many donuts with appricot marmelade. So we gave it a test run and see if we can bake some ourselfs, we managed and they were great! And today we baked another sweet thing, which all of us dogs went crazy over, especially the egg white snow with sugar...yum yum.
On our way back we almost got ran over by a deer, she was jumping like crazy down the slopes, making a lot of noise with the leafs, by the time I turned I could only hear her and I tried to sniff after her, but was too late. What a lovely day it was today:)

A haircut!

Today was a big day for me, my owners tested me if I will do well completely alone at home, no crate or fence to keep me at one spot, they left me with complete trust that I wil behave and wait for them till they return home. They told me to wait and when they return I will be rewarded. So I did. When they got home, they had multiple bags of flowers, to beautify the newly painted kitchen and I got a tug toy and a ball! Yay me. I have behaved, not chewed or destroyed anything, didn't scratch the door or cry when they left or came home, I have been a very good boy!
On a diffirent note, my eye was very teary and didn't stop wetting at all, so we suspected it was due to the long blond hair that I have, which sometimes pokes me as I run, so they decided to trim the hair on my head a little, making me look less like a polar bear and more like a cocker spaniel hehe. I like it, my pretty face shows more now hihi. We will take some pictures to show me off. Tomorrow we will walk up to the vineyards again, it's covered with snow, which means I will have a blast, cannot wait!

Valentine's day!

Happy valentine's everyone, I hope you are having fun and enjoying this beautiful day. We had a special morning already, Magnus and Maja ate cakes for breakfast and I got some cream and strawberries, yum yum! We went for a very early walk and they were throwing me sticks for half an hour, I am so tired, but so happy, I was jumping over stairs like crazy, which made my owners shocked, since they were quite high, I guess I do have some agility in my oversized body hihi.
It snowed yesterday, which made me go completely insane in the woods, I love snow, but today it's all gone sadly. I have improved my attitude when taking a paw shower after every muddy walk, now I just lift the leg they want to clean and it's done faster then when I complained, however grooming is in my opinion still only for chicks, so I hate when they want to cut my manly hair from my paws or clip my nails...thats for girls;). But I have a feeling my owners won't give up untill I learn to tolerate that also, oh well, as long as we can chase sticks and toys, I will tolerate them trying to get me groomed hihi.

Cruel people mocking my blond hair hehe

Today was a very sunny day, about 16 degrees celsium, which makes it very warm for february. At the walk to the vineyards, we met Pika (tiny lady english cocker spaniel), Vas (pretty and big golden retriver) and two tiny dogs, one was a pocket dog, forgot the breed and a cute puppy pit bull, who loved me hihi. After those dogs we  visited Tara and Emma, ate pork ribbs and played in the yard. We each got one of the hard bones, and Tara tried to steal mine so I growled and showed her I won't give mine away, it got very loud and serious, she was shocked, so was everyone else but a minute after that Tara and I were kissing again and knew it was bone focused tension only. I do know how to stand up for myself hihi. That is not considered agression, only communication between dogs, still scary but harmless hehe. The humans were cutting bushes and sorting out trees and us dogs, got to play with all the sticks and branches. So I nibbled and chewed everything hihi, but that didn't turn out well. On the way down I threw up green chewings of wood haha, no worries, once it was out I ate my dinner normally. I was so tired today, that I took every single time we stopped as a chance to lay down and try to sleep haha, I guess I missed the after lunch nap. At the moment I am sleeping on the bed, Liza moved away, she was sleeping on my tummy an hour ago, she likes to snuggle with me, since I am such a ball of fur hihi. We are adorable when we sleep together and she is so tiny and cute, sometimes I just need to sit on her when she doesn't want to play with me hihi.
