Almond tree roadtrip

Today we got up early, packed our car belt, blanky and some other human stuff and walked to meet Klemen to drive somewhere. We drove half thru Slovenia, to a tree nursary to check if they have almond trees in stock, Maja has been wanting it for her garden for a while now and we finally found a nursery which had them, so we thought. Ofcourse my owners didn't call first, since if they didn't have the trees we wouldn't have such an amazing day hihi. When we were half way we stopped at a gas station for me to drink and pee and jump around a bit hehe.

We continued our drive to the tree nursery, where Klemen, Mags and I went for a walk, while Maja went to see if her trees are still available. Sadly they were not, no shock since the place where we went is owned by a man who is in the Guiness book of records for his amazing ways of combining diffirent tree sorts into one tree, there is a pear tree with 16 diffirent fruit sorts in front of their house, amazing! For the first time ever I saw a wild phasant, he was walking proudly over the fields and showing off while feeding, what a beautiful bird.

While we were waiting we walked this beautiful path by the local river Krka, the river bank is flat and majestic and for the first time I almost kissed a horse! I got scared and started barking, but the horsey just kept following us and wanting to sniff me, from behind the fence ofcourse! Hehe. Big creatures are allowed to scare a tiny dog hehe.

But on the way back we stopped in another store, where I got a toy yay!

We stopped for some food, one of my favorites - Pizza! Then we started moving towards home, but I dont remember it, since Maja and I fell asleep on the backseat hihi, we woke up when they stopped at the gas station, 10 minutes away from home.
Now we are home and I went to bed, I didn't even get my dinner yet, but I cannot stay awake anymore, so many new smells, sounds, tastes...sunny weather and great company, I bet I will be barking in my sleep tonight hehe. Soon I will be woken to have dinner, so need to get as much rest as possible haha.

Happy Second Birthday...

... to Me!

On this day, two years ago I was born. My eyes were closed, my ears not yet open to hear and the only thing I knew was the smell of my mommy. Today I am two years old and there isn't a lot of things I don't know yet. I have met the forests, rivers, sea, animals...everything a dog wants to see in his first two years.

So many more years to come and enjoy, but tonight I was happy that my owners surprised me with a few pieces of strawberry cake. Yumm!!! We will bake a doggy cake for this weekend and celebrate it with my girls, but for tonight, the begining of my third year, I got to eat yummy things and enjoy loads of kisses from my owners. Life is beautiful, yay, two years old!!!

Happy easter everyone, I hope everyone is spoiled with choko love and bunnies! We met a few real bunnies at a house we passed and I am not allowed to eat human chokolade, but I did enjoy loads of eggs and ham hihi. Lyra, Spot, Tara, Emma and I were playing like crazy, eating like mad and barking like dogs while chasing eachother hihi. What a long, exhausting day hehe. But the weirdest thing is, a few days ago it was 25 degrees and today while we were outside it actually snowed!!!Snow! Not for long and then the sun came out, luckily hehe. But we hear it is supposed to rain till 22nd of april now, booo.
